**Sr. IT Support Engineer** **Who You Are** You have real experience with AI-driven automation—auto-triage, self-serve resets, agentic workflows that eliminate repetitive work before human involvement. You know which requests need a real person and handle those with appropriate attention. You excel at deciding what to automate versus what to hand off, and you're usually right. You're interested in building tools that unblock coworkers quickly while maintaining personal connections. **About the Role** You will be responsible for: • Own IT support end-to-end: Google Workspace, Okta, 1Password, and Slack administration (provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, MFA/SSO troubleshooting) • Build and maintain AI-assisted support workflows for auto-resolving common requests with intelligent triage and self-serve flows • Administer AI tooling stack (Claude Enterprise, MCP connectors) company-wide: seat provisioning, troubleshooting, usage monitoring • Manage endpoint devices via MDM (Jamf for Mac, Intune for Windows): patching, security baselines, hardware lifecycle, diagnostics • Administer Google Groups/distro lists and email hygiene • Support onboarding and offboarding automation • Partner with Security & Compliance on access reviews and incident triage **What You've Done Before** • 5+ years in IT support/systems with real tool ownership • Deep hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Okta, 1Password, Claude, and Slack • Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf and/or Intune) • Track record building automation or self-serve tooling • Strong judgment on when to automate vs. involve people; excellent communication skills • Comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems independently **Nice to Have** • Software development experience (scripting, internal tools, or full stack) • Agentic AI workflows and MCP server experience • Compliance experience (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and platforms like Vanta
