## Overview - Must reside in **California** - Recognized as a top employer by **Forbes** and **Newsweek (2025)** - **Free continuing education** and certification support - **Tuition reimbursement**, education programs, and scholarships - **Vacation time starts building Day 1** and grows with seniority - **403(b)** retirement plan with **matching contributions** - Commitment to **diversity and inclusion** - Learn more on the **Benefits** page ## Responsibilities This is the **third level** of a four-level job series within the **CMC Corporate Information Systems, Technology, and Data Services** department. - Design, develop, and maintain data/information solutions to meet business/clinical needs - Lead gathering of **data/information specifications** - Extract data from supporting systems and present it in the appropriate tool and format for customers - Change and/or update existing solutions - Support analytical and database systems that house and distribute data - Coordinate assigned tasks and projects related to **Data Services** - Operate independently with minimal guidance - Use prior Data Developer experience to assist other Data Developers - Manage complex projects and stakeholder expectations/needs - Serve as a **subject matter expert** in local data structures, data models, and data extraction/aggregation and use ### Core Job Responsibilities - Harvest data (primarily from **Epic** or other enterprise systems) based on requests from departments (e.g., L&D to finance) - Build solutions using core developer tools - Conduct **User Approval Testing (UAT)** directly with internal customers (clinicians, administrators, legal, HR, etc.) - Refine solutions based on feedback, internal testing, and final publishing - Participate in regular scrum/stand-up meetings, maintain documentation, and provide data consultative services/support ## Work Schedule - **99% remote** with flexible core hours (typically **7:00 AM – 3:30 PM** or **7:30 AM – 4:00 PM**) - Total **8 hours** between **7:00 AM and 7:00 PM** ## On-Site Requirements - First **6 weeks**: all-remote vendor and internal training - Occasional on-site presence at the **Fresno** location for major project meetings/collaboration - Approximately **twice a year**, up to about **10 times/year** depending on projects - **ITS All-Staff meetings**: once or twice a year in Fresno ## Qualifications ### Education - **High School Diploma**, High School Equivalency (HSE), or completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) - **Bachelor’s Degree** in a Technology, Clinical, or Business related field **required** - Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the Bachelor’s requirement and experience requirement ### Experience - **5 years** implementing and supporting data/information systems **required** - **3 years** Project Management experience **required** ### Essential Technical Tools - **SQL**, **Python**, **Tableau**, **Crystal Reports**, **Power BI** ### Licenses & Certifications - **EPIC** certification in **Data Model/Reporting** **required** ## Disclaimers - Pay ranges listed are estimates and subject to change - Any bonuses (if noted) apply only to external hires meeting criteria
