We bring voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and AI together into one seamless workspace. --- ## What you’ll do As a backend/AI engineer on the **AI Products Platform** team, you’ll build scalable AI applications used by Aircall’s 20,000+ customers. You’ll work on areas such as: - Agent context - Agent infrastructure - MCP - Agent memory You’ll collaborate closely with backend, front-end, and infrastructure engineers, as well as product and leadership teams.
