**Senior Manager, Business Insights and Analytics** **About Air** Air is the leader in Enterprise Readiness, providing an AI-native platform that aligns development, production, delivery, and sustainment into one coordinated execution system for government agencies and industrial suppliers. **The Role** We're seeking a high-energy, mission-focused Senior Manager to own Air's internal operational data ecosystem. You'll lead the evolution of corporate database management, analytics infrastructure, and business intelligence platforms while serving as a trusted advisor to company leadership. **Key Responsibilities** • **Data Ecosystem Ownership** – Manage core database architecture, scale data warehouses, and ensure reporting speed, performance, and data integrity • **BI Platform Modernization** – Lead architecture and deployment of enterprise business intelligence platforms • **Executive Insights & Analytics** – Formulate and track critical business metrics and KPIs with automated, scalable solutions • **Strategic Advisory** – Deliver data-driven findings and recommendations to executives • **Cross-Functional Collaboration** – Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams • **Process Innovation** – Optimize internal reporting workflows and analytical processes **Required Qualifications** • U.S. Citizenship (mandatory) • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent) • 5+ years with enterprise BI platforms (Sigma, PowerBI, Looker, Looker Studio) • Advanced SQL expertise and database management proficiency • Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment **Desired Qualifications** • Current U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one • Startup or fast-growing tech environment experience • Python or R scripting for data transformation • Corporate performance or financial data analysis experience • AI-powered platform proficiency (Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM) **Location:** Arlington, VA (up to 10% travel) **Equal Opportunity Employer** – All qualified applicants considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status.
