Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025. **What You'll Do** Lead our Data Center Operations team at the physical core of our business. You'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and operating cutting-edge infrastructure that powers the cloud, ensuring stability, security, and scalability in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead a team of data center technicians in daily operations, including server maintenance, equipment installation, and troubleshooting • Develop and implement best practices for data center operations to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and ensure seamless service delivery • Perform regular inspections and audits of data center equipment • Respond to and resolve technical issues and emergencies promptly • Train and mentor junior technicians • Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives to improve performance and scalability **Required Experience** • 5+ years in data center operations with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role • In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure (servers, networking equipment, cooling systems) • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues • Experience with data center management tools and software • Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills • Proficiency with Linux Operating System • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations • Flexibility for 24/7 operational environment with on-call rotations **Preferred Qualifications** • Computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience • Computer networking experience • Python, Bash, or other scripting languages • Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS experience • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field • CompTIA Server+, Network+, or equivalent certifications **Compensation & Benefits** **Salary:** $95,000 - $105,000 (based on experience and location) **Benefits Include:** • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% paid by CoreWeave) • Company-paid life insurance • Short and long-term disability insurance • 401(k) with generous employer match • Flexible PTO • Tuition reimbursement • Mental wellness benefits through Spring Health • Family-forming support and paid parental leave • Flexible childcare support with Kinside • Catered lunch daily at office and data center locations • Casual work environment **Position Type:** 100% On-site in Quincy, WA **Equal Opportunity** CoreWeave is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
