## Anduril Industries — Staff Threat & Attack Research Engineer ### About the Team Join Anduril’s Security organization. You’ll combine threat intelligence expertise with strong engineering skills to build and deploy advanced threat actor tracking and analysis systems that help protect Anduril products and infrastructure. ### What You’ll Do - Monitor and analyze sophisticated cyber threats targeting Anduril’s products, infrastructure, and personnel. - Research, mitigate, and anticipate emerging technical trends in the threat landscape. - Collaborate closely with the detection and response team to provide timely, actionable intelligence for ongoing investigations. - Work cross-functionally with the offensive security team on product and infrastructure red team engagements. - Enhance tooling for threat actor tracking and intelligence data integration. - Proactively collaborate and exchange information with external partners to build joint capabilities. ### Required Qualifications - Proven experience analyzing complex threat actor campaigns (including supply chain and infrastructure) with the ability to develop long-term countermeasures. - Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Rust, Golang, Swift). - Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently with minimal supervision. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance. ### Preferred Qualifications - In-depth knowledge of nation-state, sophisticated criminal, or supply chain threats. - Experience creating file-based or network-based rules/signatures (e.g., YARA, Snort) for detection and tracking. - Track record of writing production code for threat intelligence tools. - Expertise in large-scale data analysis. - Established connections within the broader security and threat intel community. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments. - Experience with Vertex Synapse.
