**Full Stack Developer (Washington, DC)** **About the Role** Accenture Federal Services is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer to drive rapid development in an AI-assisted environment. You'll leverage AI coding assistants while applying strict human oversight to validate, secure, and maintain complex enterprise code. **Key Responsibilities** • Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular 21 front-end code • Use AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform application modernization • Ensure AI-generated outputs adhere to security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL standards • Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues **Required Qualifications** • Undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science + 5+ years software engineering experience • 4+ years Java/Spring Boot experience • 4+ years Angular (v17+) experience • 3+ years PostgreSQL experience • Strong AWS environment expertise • Demonstrated AI-assisted development workflow experience • Excellent debugging and architectural design skills • Active Top Secret Clearance • 100% onsite in Washington, DC **Bonus Skills** • Docker/containerization • CI/CD pipelines • Agile development • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities **Compensation** $91,300 – $184,900 USD (for select states and DC) **About Accenture Federal Services** Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work.
