**SAP Finance Controlling Manager** **About the role** The SAP Finance Controlling Manager will support a live SAP S/4HANA aerospace and defense program operating within a classified environment. You’ll provide ongoing functional expertise across FI/CO processes and contribute to requirements, solution design, build, testing, and deployment for future program increments. This role serves as a functional SME partnering closely with business users, production operations, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery across the program lifecycle. Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA FI/CO experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and comfort working in a secure, mission-critical environment are required. **Key responsibilities** - Serve as the S/4HANA FI/CO functional SME supporting business users and operations in the classified environment - Support UAT, deployment activities, production support, and defect resolution - Support requirements, solution design, build, testing, and release activities for future program increments - Develop and deliver user guides, training materials, and end-user support - Plan and coordinate accounting-related deployment and cutover activities **Here’s what you need** - 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO expertise - Experience with SAP Controlling (Project Systems), Labor Costing and/or Material Costing, and Period-end Accounting Close and FI-GL/AP - At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project **Nice to have** - Experience with SAP PMMO/GPD or FAR actual cost tracking - Aerospace and Defense industry experience - Experience supporting classified environments - Experience supporting project-based manufacturing or defense programs - Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs **Eligibility requirements** - Natural US-born Citizens only (no dual citizenship) - Minimum of an active Secret Clearance - Must live local OR be willing to travel to one of the following locations every week Monday–Friday (or a modified Monday–Thursday schedule): - St. Louis, MO (preferred) - Philadelphia, PA - Arlington, VA - Huntington Beach, CA **Compensation (base pay range)** $116,900 — $243,100 USD (states of CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland) *Note: Benefits and compensation may vary based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience.*
