**SAP Sales & Distribution Order to Cash Manager** **About the role** The SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Order-to-Cash (OTC) Manager will support a live SAP S/4HANA aerospace and defense program operating within a classified environment. You’ll provide ongoing functional expertise across OTC processes and help design, build, test, and deploy new capabilities for future program increments. This role acts as a functional SME partnering with business users, production operations, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery across the full program lifecycle. You’ll need deep hands-on SAP S/4HANA OTC experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate in a secure, complex environment. **Key responsibilities** - Serve as the S/4HANA Order-to-Cash functional SME supporting business users and operations in the classified environment - Support UAT, deployment activities, production support, and defect resolution - Support requirements, solution design, build, testing, and release activities for future program increments - Develop and deliver user guides, training materials, and end-user support - Plan and coordinate OTC-related deployment and cutover activities **Here’s what you need** - 4+ years of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash expertise, including: - Sales contract and sales order processing - Billing - Project system integration - EWM integration and delivery processing - At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project **Nice to have** - Dassian COPB experience - Aerospace and Defense industry experience - Experience supporting classified environments - Experience supporting project-based manufacturing or defense programs - Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs **Eligibility requirements** - Natural US-born Citizens only (no dual citizenship) - Minimum of an active Secret Clearance - Must live local **or** be willing to travel to one of the following locations every week (Mon–Fri) or a modified schedule (Mon–Thu): - St. Louis, MO (preferred) - Philadelphia, PA - Arlington, VA - Huntington Beach, CA **Compensation (base pay range)** - $116,900 — $243,100 USD (for applicable locations)
