About this role
**M365 Platform Senior Analyst** **About the role** This M365 Platform Senior Analyst will support administration and engineering activities focused on SaaS software—especially **Microsoft 365**, **Entra ID**, and **automation solutions** for the **GCC High** environment. You’ll support and help design solutions for the Microsoft 365 platform, including: - **Office applications** - **Exchange Online** - **SharePoint** and **OneDrive** - **Teams** - **Power Platform** - **Purview** (Data Loss Prevention / DLP) - **Copilot capabilities** You will also handle **user tickets/incidents**, plan tasks and schedules, prioritize deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders. **What you’ll do** - Administer and engineer Microsoft 365 capabilities as new use cases and features become available - Streamline deployment workflows and optimize efficiency (DevOps pipeline exposure is a plus) - Collaborate with **security**, **identity**, and **engineering** teams on broader initiatives - Quickly learn new technical skills and adapt to evolving project requirements **What you need** - Experience supporting **Exchange Online**, **SharePoint Online**, **OneDrive**, and **Teams** - Experience supporting **Power Platform** (**Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate**) - Experience supporting **Microsoft Purview**, specifically **DLP** and **sensitivity labels** - Experience supporting **Entra / Active Directory** - Experience with **PowerShell** and **Microsoft Graph** - Strong **Office** experience, especially **Excel** - Strong communication (oral and written) and customer skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Bonus if you have** - Experience with **JIRA** - Experience supporting **Exchange Server Subscriber Edition** - Experience with **Copilot** and **Copilot Studio** - Experience working in/supporting a **GCC High** environment - Ability to contribute to process improvements and best practices across technical domains - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders (security, identity, engineering) to deliver cross-disciplinary solutions - Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies/tools as support requires
