We’re an AI-native company, and every team member is expected to leverage AI daily. **Role Overview** ClickUp is seeking a **Strategic Solutions Engineer** to partner with our **Sales and Success** teams—helping bring in net-new customers, expand existing accounts, and accelerate revenue growth. You’ll deliver technical strategy, presentations, and customer-specific proof of value (PoV) projects. **What You’ll Do** - Partner with Sales and Success to deliver **technical presentations** for prospective and current clients. - **Design, develop, deploy, and manage PoV projects** tailored to customer needs. - Build **custom reports and dynamic dashboards** for client management teams. - Support the **functional and technical elements of RFPs**. - Stay current on **new feature releases** and maintain updated **demo spaces** for sales. **Qualifications** - **6+ years** in a customer-facing technology role (pre-sales preferred; consulting/implementation/sales enablement also considered). - **2+ years** demonstrable success working with **commercial or enterprise clients**. - Experience designing and implementing **agentic workflow automation** using AI platforms (autonomous agents, task orchestration, multi-step decisioning, cross-app integrations). - Understanding of **application deployment processes** that support cloud transformation, change management, and adoption. - Strong ability to influence **technical and executive audiences**. - Creative problem solver with eagerness to learn new technologies and ability to build lightweight custom solutions. - Demonstrated ability in **business process mapping/diagramming** and experience with **value selling**. - Hands-on experience with **AI & LLMs**, integration platforms (**Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat**), web services, and **APIs**. **Location & Travel** - **Hybrid role** based in **San Diego, CA** (preference for candidates within reasonable travel distance). - Periodic in-person availability for customer onsite meetings, enterprise deal support, and team working sessions. - **Up to 50% travel** required. **Equal Opportunity Employer** ClickUp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
