As **Director of IT Platform**, you’ll design and operate the internal technology platform that powers how work gets done across the business. You’ll evolve IT from a traditional support function into a **cloud-native, AI-forward platform**—connecting systems, automating workflows, and enabling scalable, efficient operations. You’ll partner cross-functionally to shape how systems, data, and processes work together—from employee lifecycle and access management to enterprise applications and business workflows—ensuring a **secure, reliable, and scalable** environment. You’ll also lead and develop a **global IT organization** across end-user computing, identity and access management, enterprise applications, and infrastructure. --- **Key Responsibilities** - **Define and execute the strategy** to evolve IT into a cloud-native, AI-forward business platform with clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and accountability. - **Design and automate end-to-end business workflows** to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency. - **Own identity and access management**, ensuring secure, automated, policy-driven access across systems. - **Integrate enterprise systems** to enable seamless workflows and consistent data across tools. - **Drive automation and self-service** to reduce ticket volume and enhance the employee experience. - **Ensure platform reliability and stability** (SLAs, observability, incident management, rapid recovery). - **Leverage AI to streamline IT operations** (e.g., ticket deflection, access recommendations, workflow automation). - **Drive adoption of AI across IT and internal workflows**, scaling high-impact use cases. - **Lead and develop a global IT organization**, building leaders, coaching managers, setting a high bar for performance, and developing succession. - **Partner cross-functionally** with stakeholder feedback loops to align platform capabilities with business priorities and drive continuous improvement. - **Partner with GRC** to establish and uphold standards and governance supporting scale, security, and compliance. - **Partner with Finance** on budget and spend, including SaaS/PaaS and public cloud costs. --- **Experience & Capabilities** - **10+ years** leading IT, platform, or enterprise technology functions in a **SaaS or technology-driven** organization. - Proven experience transforming IT from traditional support into an **automated, platform-oriented** function. - Demonstrated success designing and automating **end-to-end workflows** across enterprise systems. - Deep experience with **identity and access management** (provisioning, access lifecycle, policy-driven access at scale). - Strong experience integrating **SaaS enterprise systems** and enabling seamless data flow. - Experience operating systems with a focus on **reliability and stability** (incident management, uptime, recovery; SRE-inspired practices). - Experience applying **AI and automation** to improve IT operations and internal workflows. - Experience with **cloud-native environments**, DevOps best practices, and modern SaaS/PaaS architectures. - Proven ability to lead transformation, influence senior stakeholders, and drive adoption globally. - Strong business judgment, problem-solving, and accountability for outcomes. - Exceptional communication and col
