## ABOUT AIUC AIUC’s mission is to underwrite superintelligence. We **red-team, certify, and insure agents**—helping organizations understand whether their AI systems can be trusted. We’ve built **AIUC-1**, a gold-standard for **agent security & reliability**, and we work with **100+ CISOs** from the Fortune 1000. ## THE ROLE AIUC certifies AI agents based on **security, safety, and reliability**. As the **Founding Security Lead**, you’ll own security at a business built on trust. Your work will shape what “agentic security” means in practice and influence the industry’s security playbook. In practice, you will: - **Shape and evolve AIUC-1’s security requirements** as the threat landscape changes (e.g., prompt injection, adversarial attacks, jailbreaks, MCP and A2A risks) - Serve as AIUC’s **external security voice** via client conversations, consortium sessions, and thought leadership - **Build and manage core security infrastructure**, including security policies and incident response - Provide a **practitioner lens** for how enterprises assess AI vendor security today - **Handle enterprise client security** and collaborate with the commercial team ## WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You have spent years in security and are ready to use that expertise to **shape a standard**. You’re comfortable partnering with **CISOs** and diving into technical details—and you’d rather **write the playbook** than implement someone else’s.
