Born in Lisbon in 2018, we now have offices in **Lisbon and San Francisco** and have remained self-funded while reaching **100M+ downloads worldwide**. ## The Role As a **Front-End Web Developer**, you’ll craft **seamless, high-performance, visually engaging** web experiences. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to build and optimize user interfaces using modern web technologies—directly impacting millions of users. ## Responsibilities - Develop and maintain **responsive, user-friendly** web applications using **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** and frameworks such as **React, Vue, or Angular** - Collaborate with **UI/UX designers** to translate concepts into **interactive and accessible** interfaces - Optimize for **performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility** - Build **reusable components** and maintainable front-end architectures - Integrate **APIs** with back-end teams to ensure smooth data flow - Stay current with **front-end technologies, trends, and best practices** - Debug and resolve front-end issues to ensure a smooth user experience ## Requirements - **3+ years** of front-end web development experience - Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** and modern frameworks (**React/Vue/Angular**) - Experience with state management libraries (e.g., **Redux, Vuex, Zustand**) - Strong understanding of **responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility** - Knowledge of **CSS preprocessors** (**SASS/LESS**) and build tools (**Webpack/Vite**) - Familiarity with **RESTful APIs, GraphQL**, and front-end performance optimization - Experience with **Git** - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in an **agile** environment and collaborate cross-functionally ## Benefits - Apple hardware ecosystem for work - **Annual Bonus** - **Medical Insurance** (including vision & dental) - **Disability insurance** (short and long-term) - **401k up to 4%** contribution - **Air Conference** (meet the team, collaborate, grow) - **Transportation budget** - **Free meals at the hub** - **Gym membership** ## Diversity & Inclusion Air Apps is committed to fostering a **diverse, inclusive, and equitable** workplace.
