Born in Lisbon, Portugal in 2018, we now have offices in **Lisbon and San Francisco**, and we’ve remained self-funded while reaching **100M+ downloads worldwide**. ## The Role As a **Quality Assurance Analyst**, you’ll help ensure the **quality, reliability, and usability** of our **mobile and web applications**. You’ll work closely with **product managers, developers, and designers** to validate features, identify issues, and deliver smooth, high-performing user experiences. This role is ideal if you enjoy **structured testing**, **clear documentation**, and **cross-team collaboration**. ## Responsibilities - Perform **smoke testing** and **regression testing** for new releases and feature updates - Execute **manual test cases** for web and mobile applications - **Identify, document, and report bugs** clearly and accurately - Support **bug triage** by collaborating with developers and product teams - Use test management tools such as **TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray** - Use project management tools like **Jira or Asana** to log issues and track progress - Validate functionality across **different browsers and mobile devices** - Use **browser developer tools** to inspect elements and monitor requests for troubleshooting - Contribute to improving **QA processes** and **documentation standards** ## Requirements - **1–3+ years** of experience in **manual software testing** or a similar QA role - Solid understanding of **smoke testing**, **regression testing**, and structured bug reporting - Experience with at least one test management tool (**TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray**) - Experience with project management tools (**Jira or Asana**) - Exposure to testing across **browsers and mobile devices** - Basic understanding of **browser developer tools** - Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail ### Nice to Have - Familiarity with mobile/web application testing best practices - Experience executing detailed test cases and maintaining test documentation - Experience with bug reporting and participating in bug triage discussions - Basic familiarity with **JSON** and **HTML** We encourage candidates who meet **most** (not necessarily all) qualifications to apply. ## What Benefits Are We Offering? - **Apple hardware ecosystem** for work - **Annual Bonus** - **Medical Insurance** (including vision & dental) - **Disability insurance** (short and long-term) - **401k up to 4% contribution** - **Air Conference** (meet the team, collaborate, and grow) - **Transportation budget** - **Free meals at the hub** - **Gym membership** ## Diversity & Inclusion Air Apps is committed to fostering a **diverse, inclusive, and equitable** workplace.
