## Cloud Platform Engineer (Defense) ### About Air Space Intelligence (ASI) builds mission-critical technology that powers decision-making across aviation, defense, energy, and other critical infrastructure domains. Backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Spark Capital, and Renegade Partners, ASI delivers operational decision superiority—compressing days of analysis into seconds of action. ### What You Will Do - Lead high-stakes efforts to deliver the **Flyways AI Platform** to government customers. - **Deploy, scale, and maintain** services in **secure cloud infrastructure**. - Code alongside product engineers—adding new features and integrating new data sources that amplify value for the warfighter. ### What We Value - Ability to maintain and grow infrastructure stack: **AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Terraform, Helm**. - Deep understanding of **CI/CD pipelines**. - Experience managing **large-scale, complex systems**. - Production coding experience in **Python**. - Advanced knowledge of **Kubernetes, Docker**, and an OO language, plus **AWS, PostgreSQL, Helm, Terraform, Python 3, Grafana**. - Proficiency leveraging modern **LLM tools** to accelerate development workflows and improve code quality. - Ability to **lead** and work **independently**. - Ability to collaborate across multiple teams. - Ability to **travel**. - Flexibility to adjust to changing business priorities. ### How We Hire - The interview process is designed as an opportunity to simulate working together. - ASI builds the interview process around you. ### Important Notes (Export-Controlled / Restricted Data) ASI works with **export controlled technology** and **restricted U.S. Government data**, including contracts that may require **U.S. immigration status and location restrictions** for performing personnel.
