Backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Spark Capital, and Renegade Partners, ASI delivers operational decision superiority—compressing days of analysis into seconds of action. ## What You Will Do - Work closely with defense and design teams to build mission-critical products with a top-notch user experience. - Build systems that reflect the real-world intricacies of air operations. - Develop new user-facing features using **React, Redux, Mapbox, and TypeScript**—from database models to APIs. ## What We Value - Proficiency in **JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and CSS**. - Experience building complex, map-based web applications with **Mapbox, MapLibre, or Google Maps**, including real-time rendering of multiple interactive features and overlays. - Familiarity with **WebGL, WebGPU, or ThreeJS** for accelerated graphics rendering, and **WebAssembly (WASM)** for performance improvements. - A bias for action—solve problems when you see them. - Ability to write fast, efficient, and maintainable code. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for great user experiences. - Proficiency in leveraging modern **LLM tools** to accelerate development workflows and enhance code quality. ## How We Hire We view the interview process as an opportunity to simulate what it would look like working together.
