Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet. **What you’ll do** **Responsibilities** - Develop scalable computer systems that manage a large volume of information to fulfill business goals for the company and its partners. - Improve backend scalability and performance by integrating lightweight backend frameworks, overhauling APIs, and optimizing database systems. - Design and build tools that ingest and process signals from various sources to make them more accessible for partner teams. - Design and implement logging and data visualization systems for backend APIs. - Diagnose and resolve software issues reported from production, automated testing, QA testing, and customers. - Design and implement scalable and reliable automated testing suites to reduce manual QA tasks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and streamline software development and deployment processes with CI/CD pipelines. **Who you are** **Minimum requirements** - Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus six (6) years of software development experience. - Must also have four (4) years of experience in each of the following: - Building software solutions in **Java, C++, Python, or Ruby** - Designing, building, and maintaining scalable systems - Translating business needs into software requirements and designs - Debugging production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack - Distributed systems - Designing and implementing scalable high-performance RESTful microservices **Compensation & Details** - **Salary:** $206,086 – $285,600 / yr - **Work schedule:** 40 hrs/week - **Telecommuting:** 50% telecommuting permitted - **Positions:** Multiple positions available - **Additional benefits may include:** equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, wellness stipends *WA58* *#LI-DNI*
