**Software Engineer Intern** *12-week internship working with engineering teams at SingleStore, focused on real-time technology and continuous delivery in a fast-paced production environment.* You’ll own your projects end-to-end and contribute throughout the product life cycle, partnering with engineers who support your growth. You’ll also collaborate across the business, working with teams such as Product, Marketing, and Sales. **Role and Responsibilities** - Work on small, collaborative teams - Deliver projects deployed continuously into production during your internship - Develop features and test software - Build a strong understanding of both the product and the business **Required Skills and Experience** - Enrolled in a B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline - Deep understanding of core Computer Science fundamentals - Strong programming skills with JavaScript, Golang, or TypeScript - Passion for building highly reliable software - Solid grasp of algorithms and data structures **Preferred Skills and Experience** - Understanding of core CS fundamentals, especially operating systems, distributed systems, concurrency, multithreading, and server architectures SingleStore is a cloud-native distributed SQL database company delivering speed and scale for data-intensive applications.
