**Senior Data Analyst, Reporting** **About the Role:** Join Garner's Reporting team as an AI-Native Senior Data Analyst. You'll deliver insightful, high-quality analysis to clients on their healthcare use and engagement with the Garner product. Partner with relationship managers on custom analysis while improving our suite of automated reports. **What You'll Do:** • Own client-facing analysis end-to-end—build, maintain, and produce key reports across our data ecosystem • Be a thought partner to client-facing teams, answering questions via analytically robust reports and presentations • Build scalable report automation in collaboration with data engineering • Develop deep domain expertise in your analytical domain • Identify gaps and proactively develop new insights to fill them • Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, and stakeholder communication • Run deep-dive investigations into complex business problems **What We're Looking For:** • 5+ years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or similar data-centric role • Strong cross-functional translation skills—turn ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions • Autonomous and ownership-oriented; comfortable working independently • Automation mindset with attention to detail • AI-native: comfortable building analytics and dashboards with AI agents • Hands-on with Snowflake (or comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; dbt experience strongly preferred • Track record of using data to communicate business solutions • Mission-driven with intense urgency and commitment to authentic feedback **Location & Schedule:** New York City (Financial District) — 3 days/week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) **Compensation:** $167,000 - $210,000 + equity, flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), and more
