Founded in 2005, Box simplifies work for leading global organizations including JLL, Morgan Stanley, and Nationwide. **The Role** As a Mobile Engineer at Box, you'll work on top-tier enterprise applications transforming traditional workplaces into mobile environments. You'll collaborate with peers to create enjoyable user experiences in our flagship mobile applications, designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, user-focused mobile experiences. **What You'll Do** • Build user interfaces using UIKit and/or SwiftUI • Optimize the iOS Box app for performance, quality, and responsiveness • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers • Debug technical issues including crashes and performance bottlenecks • Participate in peer code reviews and technical discussions • Participate in on-call rotation • Mentor and learn alongside team members **Required Skills** • 3+ years of professional experience building and launching iOS applications • Proficient in Swift with solid understanding of iOS development concepts • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices • Effective collaboration with local and remote teammates • Passionate about learning new technologies and frameworks **Preferred Skills** • Knowledge of App Store submission process and app lifecycle management • Experience with React Native and/or Android applications **Work Environment** Minimum 3 days per week in-office at Redwood City location. **Compensation** $165,000 – $206,500 USD (Redwood City) Eligible for equity and benefits.
