**Dir Warehouse System Operations** **Overview** The Director, Warehouse Systems Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the Technology Integration & Distribution Center's warehouse systems environment, including WMS, WES/WEI, WCS, and related material flow technologies. Lead the Warehouse Systems Operations team while working closely with Operations, IT, Engineering, Automation, and cross-functional partners. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead core warehouse systems operations including user administration, configuration, reporting, and production support • Oversee daily operations including production monitoring, incident response, and system health validation • Manage system administration, security, roles, permissions, and workflow configuration • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and inventory accuracy • Partner with warehouse operations to optimize receiving, put-away, replenishment, and material flow • Collaborate across cross-functional teams as primary bridge between operations and technology • Monitor and report on KPIs including system availability, throughput, and service-level performance **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field • 8+ years in warehouse systems, distribution operations, or supply chain technology leadership • 5+ years managing/supporting enterprise WMS environments • Experience supporting warehouse/distribution center operations • Experience leading cross-functional work and improving business processes **Preferred Qualifications** • Enterprise WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber, Oracle WMS, SAP EWM, HighJump, Softeon) • WES, WCS, material flow control, conveyor systems, robotics, AMRs, ASRS • Enterprise applications and ERP integrations • Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, dashboard development • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills **Compensation** $122,500 - $159,170/year
