Team members are expected to actively use AI tools (e.g., **Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Glean**) to challenge thinking and take ownership of AI-assisted outputs. ## The Impact You’ll Make As a **Fullstack Engineer** on Nextdoor’s **Local Conversations** team, you’ll join the **Rewards & Incentives** pod and help build product experiences that encourage meaningful participation in neighborhood communities. - Work across **frontend and backend** - Build high-quality web experiences using **React** and **Python/Django** - Contribute to evolving product areas, including: - Entity-relationship modeling - Solution architecture - Implementation, testing, and iteration - Participate in team operating practices, including a **gradual on-call shadow rotation** after onboarding ## What You’ll Bring to the Team - Experience building and shipping software in a production environment - Strong frontend fundamentals with **modern JavaScript** and **React** - Server-side web experience (details continue in the original posting) ## Location / Work Model Nextdoor offers a **hybrid** model (in-office + work from home).
