Waymo’s Driver powers its fully autonomous ride-hail service and can be applied across vehicle platforms and product use cases. **Software Engineering** builds the brains of Waymo’s fully autonomous driving technology—helping the Waymo Driver perceive the world, make the right decisions, and deliver people safely. --- ## You will: - Analyze differences between ML and production behavior - Perform cluster analysis of dozens of examples to identify trends - Determine whether clusters demonstrate desirable or undesirable behavior - Port desirable behavior demonstrated by ML to production systems ## You have: - Software engineering experience - Proficiency in C++ - Data fluency ## We prefer: - Experience with robotics or ML --- **Note:** This is a hybrid onsite internship position.
