**Senior IT Engineer, SaaS Applications** **About the Role** Administer and improve SaaS platforms powering productivity, collaboration, identity, and employee access across a global organization of ~2,000 users. Own day-to-day administration for Google Workspace, Slack, ChatGPT, Glean, and Zoom while partnering with Identity & Access Management, Security, IT Support, and application owners. **Key Responsibilities** • Configure SaaS applications for enterprise use and connect to Okta using SAML/SCIM • Troubleshoot provisioning, authentication, and access issues • Manage roles, licensing, and employee lifecycle workflows • Write scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript) and leverage REST APIs for automation • Monitor platform health, vendor changes, and license utilization • Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support with structured troubleshooting • Create and maintain runbooks, documentation, and operational procedures • Evaluate new SaaS capabilities and coordinate security reviews **About You** • 8+ years progressive experience in Corporate IT, IT Engineering, or SaaS administration (1,000+ user environments) • Hands-on Okta administration experience (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, troubleshooting) • Experience integrating SaaS with Okta using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM • Strong Google Workspace administrator experience • Enterprise platform experience (Slack Enterprise Grid, Zoom, ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean) **Location & Schedule** Los Angeles, CA | In-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays **Compensation** $133,100 – $166,400 USD (Los Angeles, CA) **Benefits** Competitive salary + performance bonus, flexible time off, medical/dental/vision, HSA, FSA, 401(k) with match, commuter benefits, parental support, pet insurance
