**Staff DevSecOps Engineer (TS/SCI)** **About the Role** Join Okta's Security Vulnerability Management team as a Staff DevSecOps Engineer with a focus on issue management. You'll build centralized security posture analytics and reporting capabilities, automate vulnerability tracking, and develop solutions to strengthen Okta's security infrastructure across cloud and business systems. **Key Responsibilities** • Serve as security SME for vulnerability scanning and reporting automation • Develop agentic automation for security posture scanning, reporting, and remediation • Build and maintain custom automation using Terraform and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Create Python/Bash/Go scripts and integrations to streamline security operations • Establish monitoring and alerting for security posture across endpoints, SaaS, and cloud workloads • Collaborate with SRE teams on update pipelines and compliance standards • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for security data integration **Required Qualifications** • 10+ years in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or Infrastructure Security in large corporate environments • 10+ years of coding/scripting experience building security automation and tooling • Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-first security automation • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • **Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly required** • **U.S. person status required** (citizen, lawful permanent resident, or U.S. national) • **Must be on U.S. soil** (50 states, D.C., or outlying U.S. areas) **Preferred Qualifications** • 2+ years in highly regulated environments • Experience with Qualys, TenableSC, Prisma Cloud, Wiz, or similar scanners • Familiarity with CVE, CVSS, EPSS, OWASP, and CISA KEV standards • FedRAMP and DoD compliance framework experience **Compensation** Annual base salary: $161,000–$241,000 USD (for select locations) Plus equity, bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid leave. **Position ID:** P25821_3544081
