We're building AI-native experiences that surface actionable data to customers exactly when they need it. **The Role** Join our Intelligence team to build cross-platform experiences end-to-end. You'll have a frontend focus (JavaScript/TypeScript) while operating as a full-stack product engineer, shipping customer-facing features from zero-to-one. **What You'll Do** • Ship full-stack features with a focus on smooth user experiences • Design and build intelligence features from loosely defined specs • Sweat the front-end craft—responsiveness, accessibility, and reliability • Stay close to customers through calls, support rotations, and session reviews • Own outcomes with specific metrics before projects start • Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) as part of your daily craft • Help with hiring and interviewing **About You** • Strong full-stack engineer with substantial JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience • High bar for AI quality—you evaluate, verify, and measure rather than assume • Genuinely fluent with AI coding tools and treat them as craft • Customer-fluent and outcome-focused • Own the full development lifecycle: automation, reliability, monitoring, logging • Clear communicator in writing and conversation **Nice to Have** • Experience making LLM features production-grade • Design sensibility and comfort partnering with designers • Background in customer support or productivity tools **Tech Stack** TypeScript, React, Kotlin, Java, PHP, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, Kafka, Flink, AWS, and more. **Benefits** Competitive salary, flexible time off, 12 weeks paid parental leave, home office stipend, co-working stipend ($300/mo), $1,800 yearly professional development, top-tier health insurance (US/Canada). **Location** Fully remote.
