You’ll manage expert teams across domains such as **finance, software engineering, and law** to produce high-quality outputs at scale. You’ll shape **dataset specifications** that influence how frontier models are evaluated and improved, owning critical projects end-to-end—from scoping through delivery—in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. You’ll also gain top-tier operational experience by supporting multiple parts of the business (building, analyzing, coordinating, and executing where needed). ### Responsibilities - **Project & client management**: Build next-generation data solutions that push model capability limits while driving revenue. - **Lead expert teams**: Coordinate specialized contributors across healthcare, medicine, and biopharma. - **Shape AI training**: Design dataset specifications that directly affect how frontier models are evaluated and improved. - **End-to-end execution**: Own projects from idea → scoping → execution → iteration → shipping. - **Operational support**: Contribute across a range of initiatives that help shape AfterQuery’s future. ### Required Qualifications - **3+ years** experience in healthcare, medical research, health technology, a top-tier biopharma company, or another highly selective healthcare/medicine environment (**MD a plus**). - Background in **medicine, clinical practice, biomedical research, healthcare operations**, or a related discipline. - Strong understanding of **healthcare data, systems, clinical workflows, medical research**, or the healthcare industry. - High agency and drive; thrive in ambiguity and execute with minimal direction. - Passion for **healthcare, AI, and entrepreneurship**; interest in using emerging tech to improve how medical knowledge is developed, evaluated, and applied. - Competitive nature with a demonstrated record of exceptional achievement. - Leadership experience plus excellent **written and verbal communication**. - Thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments with a bias toward action while maintaining attention to detail. - Comfort working with **data, technical systems, and AI tools**. ### Preferred Qualifications - **Python proficiency**; experience coding/scripting, analyzing healthcare data, conduc
