You’ll manage expert teams across domains such as **finance, software engineering, and law** to produce high-quality outputs at scale. You’ll shape **dataset specifications** that influence how frontier models are evaluated and improved—owning critical projects end-to-end (from scoping through delivery) in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. You’ll also gain top-tier operational experience by working across multiple parts of the business—building, analyzing, coordinating, and executing wherever you’re needed most. --- ## Responsibilities - **Project & client management:** Partner with leading AI organizations to deliver data solutions that push model capability and drive revenue. - **Lead expert teams:** Coordinate specialized contributors across software engineering, data science, and machine learning. - **Shape model training inputs:** Design dataset specifications that directly affect how frontier models are evaluated and improved. - **End-to-end execution:** Own projects from idea → scoping → execution → iteration → shipping. - **Operational support:** Contribute to a range of initiatives across the business, often in the same week. --- ## Required Qualifications - **2+ years of experience** in a top-tier tech company (FAANG, frontier AI lab) or quantitative trading firm. - Background in **software engineering, ML engineering, AI research, or computer science**. - **High agency** and strong work ethic; thrives in ambiguity and executes with minimal direction. - Passion for **AI** and interest in **entrepreneurship**; enjoys experimenting with new ideas.
