**Senior React Developer** **Department:** Engineering **Location:** Seattle, WA (Greater Seattle Area) **Type:** Full Time **About the Role** Design and build robust web applications powering autonomous fleet systems. You'll develop a safety-critical Operator UI, multi-tenant customer portal, and design system using TypeScript and React. Focus on UI correctness, reliability, and user experience in demanding environments. **Key Responsibilities** • Architect and build a robust design system with components, accessibility, theming, and versioning • Develop the Operator UI with 3D scenes (Three.js, React Three Fiber), state machines (XState), and teleop controls • Shape the administration portal as a true SaaS product with multi-tenant authorization and real-time data • Deliver production-ready TypeScript using modern frontend best practices • Lead code reviews and architectural discussions • Collaborate with field engineers for real-world feedback **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Design, HCI, or equivalent experience • 5+ years professional frontend software engineering • Deep expertise with TypeScript and React (hooks, suspense, concurrent rendering) • Proficiency with Vite, npm/pnpm, Storybook, Vitest, Cypress, Testing Library • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** • 3D web graphics experience (Three.js, React Three Fiber, WebGL, point clouds) • Real-time data and binary serialization (Protocol Buffers, gRPC-web, WebSockets) • Safety-critical or industrial UI experience (robotics, automotive, aerospace, medical, defense) • Experience with XState, TanStack Router/Query, Zustand, Tailwind CSS, multi-tenant SaaS **What We Offer** • High-impact ownership across frontend stack and global deployments • Competitive compensation, equity, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance • Travel to customer jobsites worldwide • Collaboration with world-class engineering team
