More than 1,400 firms in nearly 60 countries use Addepar to manage and advise on nearly $9 trillion in assets. **The Role** We're seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our AI Platform team, focused on building disruptive, innovative AI solutions across our product suite. You'll architect, lead, and drive execution of core AI capabilities, owning end-to-end delivery of AI-native products from prototype to scalable production systems. **What You'll Do** • Drive end-to-end execution and delivery of AI-native products with high velocity • Architect and productionize core AI platform components (LLMs, vector DBs, agentic frameworks, agent capabilities) • Enforce technical discipline and operational excellence for AI products • Rapidly iterate based on performance metrics and user feedback • Lead evaluation and adoption of new AI technologies • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into technical solutions **Who You Are** • 3-6+ years professional backend software engineering experience • Expertise in Python, Golang, gRPC, AWS, and Kubernetes • Proven track record shipping complex, production-grade systems • Proven experience shipping AI-native products or significant personal AI projects • Deep ownership mindset with bias for action • BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with LLMs and agentic systems • Hands-on experience with Databricks, Langchain, or MLFlow • Advanced understanding of probabilistic systems in modern LLMs • Experience building AI products in accuracy-sensitive domains like finance **Compensation & Requirements** $179,000 - $224,000 base salary + bonus + equity + benefits (Colorado, California, New York ranges) Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
