You’ll shape **dataset specifications** that influence how frontier models are evaluated and improved, owning critical projects end-to-end (from scoping through delivery) in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. You’ll also gain top-tier operational experience by working across multiple parts of the business—building, analyzing, coordinating, and executing wherever you’re needed most. --- ## Responsibilities - **Project & client management:** Partner with world-class AI organizations to build data solutions that push model capability limits and drive revenue. - **Manage expert teams across domains:** Lead and coordinate specialized contributors (e.g., finance, software engineering, law) to produce high-quality outputs at scale. - **Shape how AI systems are trained:** Design dataset specifications that influence how frontier models are evaluated and improved. - **Drive high-impact execution end-to-end:** Own projects from idea → scoping → execution → iteration → delivery. - **Gain top-tier operational experience:** Support a range of operational initiatives across the business, often in the same week. --- ## Required Qualifications - **2+ years** in a top-tier client-facing role (e.g., investment banking, consulting, private equity), **or** as an ex-founder, **or** in the human-data industry. - High **agency**, drive, and strong work ethic; thrive in ambiguity and execute with minimal direction. - Passion for **AI** and interest in entrepreneurship; enjoy experimenting with new tools (experience with **Claude Code** is a plus). - Competitive nature with demonstrated past success. - Strong leadership experience plus excellent **written and verbal communication**. - Thrive in fast-moving, high-impact environments with a bias toward action while balancing attention to detail. --- ## Preferred Qualifications - Technical skills (coding, scripting, or working with data) and/or experience using AI tools to automate workflows, conduct research, or build products. --- ## Company Benefits (for eligible employees) - **Health Insurance:** Medica
