Our CFO Technology experts work cross-functionally to arm CFOs with the digital solutions needed to implement business process recommendations and capitalize on value creation opportunities—spanning ERP, CPM, Analytics, Data Integration, RPA, and beyond. This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is hybrid (flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week). Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location. *This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.* --- **What You’ll Do (Technical Architect & Engagement Lead – NetSuite)** We’re seeking a skilled NetSuite Technical Solution Architect to join our consulting team. You’ll architect and implement NetSuite solutions tailored to client business needs—ensuring successful integration, customization, and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems. **Key responsibilities:** - **Architect and design NetSuite solutions:** based on client requirements, aligning with best practices and industry standards. - **Collaborate closely with clients:** understand business processes, challenges, and objectives; translate them into effective NetSuite configurations and customizations. - **Lead technical implementation of NetSuite:** configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with third-party systems. - **Provide technical support to project teams:** help ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget. - **Conduct system assessments:** identify efficiency opportunities and recommend improvements to NetSuite functionality and performance. - **Develop and maintain technical documentation:** technical design documents, configuration guides, and test plans. - **Keep standards current:** stay on top of NetSuite platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies; incorporate them into standards and designs. - **Collaborate with cross-functional teams:** developers, business analysts, and project managers across Accordion practices. - **Travel to client sites as needed.** **Representative engagement examples** - **NetSuite upgrade / automation for complex use cases** - Lead discussions with the client’s production team to understand workflow and requirements. - Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders. - Present solution designs for feedback and approval; iterate as needed. - Oversee development and configuration of customization components. - Conduct testing to validate functionality and performance. - Perform code reviews with the technical project team. - Demo and deliver to key stakeholders. - **Performance issues (slowdowns/timeouts)** - Define performance impro
