**AI Solutions Architect - Business Intelligence** **Position Type:** Remote Full-Time **Experience Level:** Experienced **About the Role** Join Henry Schein One's Business Intelligence team as an AI Solutions Architect. You'll design, govern, and implement AI solutions that drive business value across the organization, serving as a bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, engineers, and executive leadership. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead the Business Systems and Analytics team on advanced data projects • Partner with internal customers to gather end-to-end AI requirements and scope complex projects • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with business leaders • Develop AI roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and technology strategy • Design end-to-end AI architectures including data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance • Establish architecture standards, patterns, and reference frameworks for AI initiatives • Provide guidance on responsible AI, governance, compliance, and risk management **Required Technical Skills** • Data Engineering: ETL development and MySQL • Analytics: Descriptive and predictive analytics development, semantic layer design • Programming: Python required; HTML/CSS/JavaScript a plus • Documentation: Markdown file creation with YAML headers • Content/Knowledge Management: OKF/Wiki design and implementation **Required Qualifications** • 8+ years of related experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or related field • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build and maintain partnerships at all levels • Consultative skills with ability to resolve complex issues **Nice to Have** • Bachelor's Degree in a related field • Working fluency with Domo, Claude, and/or Cursor **Compensation & Benefits** • Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000 • Eligible for bonus (not reflected in range) • Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement savings with company match, paid time off, parental leave, wellbeing resources, and education support **Location:** Remote within the United States (up to 10% travel as needed) **Apply:** Visit https://henryscheinone.applytojob.com/apply
