**Senior Product Analytics Engineer - Ads** **About Faire** Faire is a technology wholesale platform connecting independent retailers globally with products from around the world. We're using tech, data, and machine learning to power the shop local movement. **About This Role** The Ads Data team is entering a period of hypergrowth. You'll own the end-to-end ads data foundation and models, partnering with Product, Engineering, ML Applied Sciences, and Strategy & Analytics teams. You'll design and build data capabilities that drive insights and lead the adoption of AI to transform analytical engineering operations. **What You'll Do** • Lead design, implementation, and optimization of scalable end-to-end data pipelines and models • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and ML scientists to translate business requirements into production-grade systems • Build and maintain data infrastructure ensuring quality, consistency, and accessibility • Embed AI into daily workflows to redefine how we build and scale data systems • Mentor team members on best practices for scalable data engineering • Ensure and promote data quality standards • Embrace emerging technologies with enthusiasm **Qualifications** • 4+ years in analytics & data engineering (data modeling, large-scale processing, tool development) • Demonstrated communication and leadership skills • Production-level Python development experience • Strong SQL skills with data modeling and query optimization expertise • Deep knowledge of data warehousing, ETLs, big data technologies, and analytics platforms • Experience with Airflow, Docker, DBT, or similar tools • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field **Compensation & Benefits** California: $196,000 - $269,500/year + equity and comprehensive benefits **Work Environment** Hybrid: 3 days/week in office (Tue, Thu, + flex day) with up to 4 weeks remote flexibility annually **Why You'll Love Working Here** ✦ Move fast with meaningful problems and clear results ✦ Equipped to scale with enterprise AI tools ✦ Best-in-class team of sharp, kind colleagues ✦ Competitive pay, equity, and comprehensive benefits ✦ Inclusive environment with equal access to opportunities
