You'll work with fundamental data at Stripe to drive company-wide initiatives. **What You'll Do** Partner with Stripe's Global organization to help millions of users sell around the world. Build analytics and data products for solutions like Adaptive Pricing and Stripe Managed Payments, supporting expansion into LATAM and EMEA. **Responsibilities** • Design and build scalable data models and infrastructure for product analytics and metrics reporting • Own business-critical data products, including Tier-1 datasets and production pipelines • Build and maintain metric definitions, metadata, and business context for data exploration • Develop dashboards, automated reporting, and analyses to surface actionable insights • Partner with senior business leaders to translate business needs into analytical questions • Shape product and business strategy by distilling complex findings into data narratives **Minimum Requirements** • 6+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, or related role • Proficiency in SQL, including complex query optimization and data modeling • Proficiency in Scala or Python for data pipeline development • Experience with distributed data frameworks like Spark • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Flyte, or equivalent) • Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain production-grade data pipelines and dashboards • Understanding of development processes and best practices • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience owning production data products with quality standards and documentation • Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate development and analysis
