**Salesforce Architect (Remote)** **About the Role** Design how information about patients, clinicians, and insurance moves between Salesforce and operational tools. Work directly with end users to build critical system integrations. Your decisions will have visible, lasting impact on patient outcomes. **Required Qualifications** • 7+ years building on Salesforce (2+ years as design decision owner on large/complex implementations) • Hands-on ability to write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation • Experience designing secure Salesforce data exchanges with other systems • Track record designing data models and deciding system ownership across multiple platforms • Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders • Experience setting technical standards through design review, documentation, or mentoring **Preferred Qualifications** • Multi-instance Salesforce expertise with Health and Data Cloud / Data 360 • HIPAA-compliant or regulated environment experience • Version-controlled, automated Salesforce deployment tooling experience • Build vs. configure vs. buy decision-making experience • Mentoring experience with administrators, analysts, or developers • Salesforce architecture or development certifications **Benefits** 100% remote • Competitive pay with transparency • Medical, dental, vision, life, disability • 401(k) • Generous PTO + 2 company shutdown weeks • Paid parental leave • EAP • Home office stipend + $50/month internet/cell • $50/month wellness stipend • Team stipends • Employee resource groups **Location:** Remote, United States (excluding Hawaii)
