**Software Solutions Engineer** 📍 Remote, USA | 💻 Remote Work **About the Role** Design, build, and implement tailored business applications on Hyland's software platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that drive customer outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** • Review industry use cases and collaborate on technical requirements and design documents • Configure moderately complex software solutions aligned with business needs • Perform testing of solution configurations and document criteria for QA • Support customers and partners in early adoption programs • Triage and prioritize non-critical software defects • Participate in solution peer reviews and contribute to team knowledge base **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software configuration, design, and deployment • Familiarity with programming, database, and cloud technologies • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and analytical skills • Self-motivated with ability to learn new technologies • Up to 5% travel required **Preferred Qualifications** • Systems administration and Microsoft Operating Systems knowledge • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Healthcare IT knowledge • Healthcare business process experience • AI technology experience **Compensation** 💰 $101,121 - $118,161/year (based on experience and qualifications) **About Hyland** Pioneer of the Content Innovation Cloud™, trusted by thousands of organizations including Fortune 100 companies.
