You'll drive major initiatives, mentor high-performing engineers, write code in a fast-paced environment, and play an influential role in building industry-leading technology. Engineering Managers at Snapsheet are builders and strategists who stay close to the code and customer. **Key Responsibilities:** • Manage and contribute to upcoming projects • Coach and mentor a team of engineers • Write code with commitment to quality • Collaborate with development teams, product, and design • Contribute to architecture and strategy decisions • Coordinate and execute large initiatives • Screen, interview, and hire top talent **Requirements:** • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field • 7+ years full-stack web development experience • 2+ years engineering manager, team lead, or lead developer experience • API design and relational database experience • Back-end and front-end web framework experience • *Preferred:* Rails, React, TypeScript experience **Tech Stack:** Rails, React, JavaScript, Ruby, SQL, MySQL, Redis, AWS, Docker **Compensation & Benefits:** • Base Salary: $180,000–$200,000 + equity • Flexible PTO & 7.5 company holidays • Medical, dental, vision coverage • 401(k) with 4% match • Professional development & career growth • Remote-first culture with in-person events **Note:** Visa sponsorship unavailable.
