**WelbeHealth — Principal Scrum Master** WelbeHealth is a value-based healthcare organization transforming senior care by providing an all-inclusive care option for our most vulnerable senior population—helping participants stay in their communities, out of institutions, and cared for like family. ## Role Overview The **Principal Scrum Master** works across multiple teams to build an agile plan to deliver enterprise solutions, manage business needs and expectations, gather consistent feedback on solution design, and recalibrate as business needs evolve. This role is accountable for leading a team of Scrum Masters and delivering as organizational needs grow. ## What You’ll Do - Lead agile delivery at an enterprise level, partnering across **Data Architecture, Software Engineering, Business Information Management, Analytics, and Business** teams to deliver complex solutions aligned to strategic priorities. - Shape and mature how WelbeHealth delivers technology and data solutions by establishing agile practices, coaching Scrum teams and leaders, identifying systemic impediments, and driving continuous improvement. - Guide Scrum teams and the organization to follow generally accepted **Agile/Scrum practices**, supporting daily activities that promote prioritization, team readiness, and sprint commitment. - Use empirical data to assess Scrum maturity, optimize velocity, and identify improvement opportunities. - Proactively address systemic impediments to team agility and guide escalation methods to prevent blockers. - Partner with Product teams to refine backlog continuously and plan/execute data and information engineering projects through agile implementation. - Liaise with Business and Technical teams to identify process improvements and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily standups, sprint reviews). ## What We’re Looking For - **Bachelor’s degree required**; **master’s degree preferred**. - **15+ years** of professional experience across software engineering, project management, data execution/delivery, and analytics engineering solutions—especially leading high-visibility, ambiguous, complex projects. - **3+ years** practicing as an Agile Scrum Master. - **5+ years** solution delivery leadership experience, especially in information management/data engineering, analytics delivery (Kanban), and simplifying operational workflows. - **5+ years** managing large-scale initiatives focused on driving strategic business objectives through application/data architecture and business-facing solutions. - **2+ years** experience with **Azure DevOps** (strongly preferred). - **3+ years** mentoring and developing Scrum team members (strongly preferred). ## Benefits (Highlights) - Medical insurance coverage (**Medical, Dental, Vision**) - Work/life balance: **17 days PTO**, **12 holidays**, **6 sick days** - **401K savings + match** - Comprehensive compensation package including **base pay and bonus** - Additional benefits ## Compensation Transparency Compensation consists of **base salary plus bonus**.
