**Lead Front End Engineer** **About the Role:** Two Six Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead Front End Engineer to work on multi-domain platforms serving critical national security functions using cutting-edge modern frameworks. Solve hard problems in large-scale data investigation and analysis, real-time collaboration, task and resource planning, and high-dimensional data visualization. **What You'll Do:** • Define and implement UI framework pieces composed of reusable components to support rapid development • Work closely with design and other leads to implement detailed designs • Develop full sections of functionality given broad requirements, including edge cases and error states • Provide technical direction and mentoring to developers **Required Qualifications:** • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field + 7+ years software engineering experience (or comparable experience) • 5+ years with component-based frameworks (Vue, Ember, React, Angular) • 4+ years developing responsive web applications • 2+ years as tech lead for an agile development team • Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite) • Experience with Git and Jira in development workflows • Experience with UI/UX Designers and Product Managers • Experience with AI coding tools **Nice to Have:** • 2+ years managerial experience • 2+ years API development experience • TypeScript proficiency • Python and/or Java experience • AWS / DevOps infrastructure experience • Simultaneous content editing features • SQL and database familiarity **Clearance:** Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain TS/SCI government security clearance **Salary Range:** $140,000 – $200,000 USD
