Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises. **What You'll Do** Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, establishing strong relationships and ensuring their success with CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure. You'll work across the entire customer lifecycle—from Kubernetes environment setup to proof of concept development, onboarding, and workload optimization. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead technical relationships focused on Kubernetes solutions in high-performance compute (HPC) environments • Collaborate with customers to understand needs and deploy tailored solutions • Drive proof of concept initiatives showcasing CoreWeave's value • Provide technical leadership in customer meetings and workshops • Act as a virtual member of the Kubernetes product and engineering teams • Conduct workload assessments and optimization reviews • Stay current with Kubernetes, cloud computing, and infrastructure trends • Lead prototyping and R&D efforts for emerging products • Represent CoreWeave at industry conferences and events **Who You Are** • B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience) • 7+ years as Solutions Architect, Field Engineer, Engineer, Researcher, or Technical Account Manager in Cloud Infrastructure • Expertise in scalable Kubernetes solutions and distributed systems • Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud solutions • Strong customer relationship and communication skills • Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs, Infiniband, and NCCL • Experience running large-scale AI/ML workloads on Slurm and Kubernetes **Preferred** • Open-source inference framework contributions • Kubernetes scripting and automation experience • Multi-cloud solution building • Published talks or articles on latency, optimization, or model-server architectures **Compensation & Benefits** Base salary: $182,000–$242,000 (based on qualifications and location) Benefits include: medical/dental/vision (100% company-paid), life insurance, disability coverage, HSA/FSA, tuition reimbursement, ESPP, mental wellness support, family-forming benefits, paid parental leave, childcare support, 401(k) match, flexible PTO, and catered meals. **Why CoreWeave?** Hyper-growth stage company with a culture of curiosity, ownership, and collaboration.
