**Senior Graphics Programmer** **About the Role** San Diego Studio is seeking a Senior Graphics Programmer to join the team behind MLB The Show, a critically acclaimed AAA sports franchise. You'll develop, optimize, and maintain cross-platform build and data-packaging pipelines, bring engines up on new platforms, and resolve complex system-level issues across console and mobile hardware. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop and maintain cross-platform build and data-packaging pipelines for multi-platform releases • Bring engine up on new platforms and drive platform SDK upgrades • Identify and resolve crashes, memory issues, and stability problems across diverse hardware • Build, package, and release mobile products (Android/iOS) • Own and evolve internal tools for data packaging, memory tracking, and profiling • Plan and lead modernization of build systems and infrastructure • Manage branch integration across mainline, staging, production, and patch branches **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field • 5+ years C++ programming experience in performance-critical, system-level applications • Strong AAA title development and release experience • Proven ability to work across unfamiliar systems • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for low-level issues • Experience with build systems, packaging pipelines, and build automation (Jenkins, MSBuild, Gradle) • Proficiency with memory management, pointers, compiler/linker flags, and optimization • Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and Perforce • Working proficiency in C# for tools and pipeline development **Preferred Qualifications** • Console platform development experience (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch) • Mobile shipping experience (Android/iOS, NDK, app hardening) • Internal developer tools with graphical interfaces (C#/WinForms) • Python scripting familiarity • Graphics/rendering concepts knowledge **Compensation & Benefits** Estimated base pay: $138,700–$208,100 USD Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, wellness programs, and potential bonus. **Location:** San Diego
