**Senior Data Engineer** **About This Role** Join Prenuvo's mission to transform healthcare from reactive to proactive. We're seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build reliable, scalable data products connecting Growth/Marketing technology into a trusted enterprise view. **What You'll Do** • Design, build, and own production-grade data pipelines connecting marketing data, event tracking, and other sources into Databricks • Create durable data models linking campaign exposure to website behavior, leads, bookings, scans, revenue, and repeat activity • Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Privacy and Security on event taxonomy, identity resolution, and consent-aware data flows • Improve conversion and attribution data quality across online and sales-assisted journeys • Implement automated testing, monitoring, alerting, and incident response for critical Growth data products • Replace fragile custom transformations with documented, reusable, reviewed code • Contribute to the governed semantic layer for consistent definitions across analysis and activation • Review technical work and improve team standards **What You'll Bring** • 4+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related data role • Advanced SQL and strong Python skills for maintainable production pipelines • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms and modern transformation frameworks (Databricks and dbt preferred) • Production pipeline experience with Fivetran, Apache Airflow, or similar tools • Experience integrating APIs, SaaS systems, event data, and operational databases • Strong knowledge of data modeling, orchestration, testing, observability, and version control • Ability to translate Growth questions into reliable data products • Clear communication across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders • Platform builder mindset with strong ownership and attention to data quality **Nice to Have** • Experience with Salesforce, PostHog, Google Analytics, GTM, Iterable, or Workato • Familiarity with conversion APIs, server-side signaling, or media platform integrations • Healthcare or regulated environment experience • Event taxonomy and behavioral data contract design experience **What We Offer** • Make a positive impact on people's health and lives • Free whole-body scans for all team members • Growth opportunities and flexible career paths • Weekly team connection and social activities • Flexible vacation policy • 401(k) retirement plan • Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, mental health) • **Base salary: $90,000–$100,000** (depending on experience) **Requirements** Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
