We serve the US federal government across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. **The Role** We're seeking a UI/UX Developer to drive the implementation and design of human-centered interfaces. You'll conduct user research, translate requirements into front-end components, and create cohesive designs that ensure consistency across applications. You'll collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver intuitive solutions. **Required Experience (8+ years)** • User Research • 3D UI Design & Wireframing • Design Tools • JavaScript & TypeScript • HTML & CSS • Front-End Technologies (React, Next.js, etc.) • Color Theory & Grid Systems **Bonus Skills** • Prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) • Accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) • Responsive & mobile-first design • Design systems & component libraries • Animation & micro-interaction design • Usability testing • Agile/Scrum methodologies **Requirements** • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required • Work authorization (no visa sponsorship available) **Compensation** $130,200 – $265,300 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland) **Equal Opportunity Employer** Accenture Federal Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
