**Salesforce Developer III** **Position Summary** Design, develop, test, and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product managers, and system administrators. **Key Responsibilities** • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Apex, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, integrations) • Act as technical expert guiding best practices and design decisions • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable solutions • Implement customizations using declarative tools (Flows) and programmatic solutions • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs) • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices • Identify performance improvements and recommend optimizations • Develop unit tests, perform debugging, and support CI/CD deployments • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs • Solid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and optimization techniques • Proficiency with Salesforce deployment tools (SFDX, Change Sets, Copado, CI/CD pipelines) • **Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required)** • Proficiency with source control systems (Git) **Preferred Qualifications** • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification • Experience with Boomi, Heroku, or middleware tools • Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge • Enterprise architecture and data management experience • Experience in large enterprise environments **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 $130,000 - $149,000 + bonus + benefits 🏥 Health, Dental, Vision 🕐 Flexible PTO + Federal Holidays + 3 Volunteer Days 📚 Educational Reimbursement 🏠 Hybrid and Remote Work Model 401(k) with Employer Match • Parental Leave • Pet Insurance • EAP
