**IT Engineer II** **Company / Location** - Hybrid, remote-office company with onsite locations in: Sioux Falls, SD; Scottsdale, AZ; Louisville, KY; Troy, MI; Franklin, TN; Easton, PA. - #LI-Remote **About the Role** Responsible for supporting the maintenance of applications and/or infrastructure, analyzing data against business requirements, and ensuring quality across Pathward’s technology stack. Performs analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and support of IT solutions. **What You Will Do** - Provide support for Pathward technologies and recommend improvements. - Partner with stakeholders to gather information/data and develop a consistent view of product performance, quality, and operational support. - Contribute to timely work estimates and deliver against them. - Assist other IT teams with tasks and troubleshooting as needed. - Evaluate new industry software and/or infrastructure technologies to stay current. - Ensure application/infrastructure quality through testing and adherence to IT standards. - Build test data needed to perform testing. - Ensure applications/infrastructure meet security standards defined by IT. - Identify and report technology risks. - Understand the data involved in the technologies being supported. - Maintain documented processes, best practices, and standards. - Other duties as assigned. **What You Will Need** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education) and work experience. - Typically 3+ years with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). **Compensation & Benefits** - Salary range: **$60,000 – $100,500** - Eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity. - Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees (health insurance, 401(k), life/disability, paid time off, and more). **Equal Opportunity / Apply Anyway** - Pathward encourages applicants who are excited about the role to apply even if they don’t match every qualification. - Pathward is an equal employment opportunity employer. **Candidate Scam Warning** - Be cautious of hiring scams that impersonate Pathward.
