**Data Analyst - Marketing** **About the Role** NinjaHoldings is seeking a Data Associate to join the Marketing Analytics team. You'll own analytics work end-to-end—building Snowflake/dbt models and Periscope dashboards, diagnosing funnel drop-offs with SQL and Python, and delivering actionable recommendations to leadership. **Key Responsibilities** • Monitor key funnel metrics and diagnose performance deviations • Independently analyze business problems and quantify drop-off drivers • Build and maintain dbt data models in Snowflake • Create and maintain Periscope dashboards for marketing visibility • Communicate action-oriented recommendations to senior management • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Risk, and Engineering teams • Use AI tools effectively while critically verifying outputs • Support team growth through mentoring and code review **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree • 2+ years of data analytics experience • Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge • Python proficiency • Ability to work effectively with AI/LLM tools • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills **Benefits** • Flexible Paid Time Off • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with matching • Paid Family Leave • Annual wellness and WFH subsidies • Remote-first culture with optional downtown Chicago office
