**Palantir Platform Engineer** **About the role** The Palantir Platform Engineer assists with integrating custom ETL workflows into the Palantir platform—connecting ETL conditioners to Palantir tooling to increase observability, accelerating data conditioning efforts, and ensuring stakeholders have full insight into each step of the transformation process. You’ll also use AI to augment pipelines to improve the speed and efficiency of data processing, while validating products prior to integration into analytics tools. Your focus on **data governance and validation** will be essential to ensure data quality and reliability before integration into advanced analytics tools. **DevOps experience** will help you manage deployment and operational aspects of the platform. Familiarity with **Palantir Foundry** and **ontology modeling** will help you navigate complex data environments. Success includes building scalable ETL solutions, implementing monitoring frameworks, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver actionable data insights. **What you’ll do** - Connect ETL conditioners to Palantir tooling to enhance observability and accelerate data conditioning. - Ensure stakeholders maintain comprehensive insight into each phase of the transformation process (ontology, logging, and monitoring). - Design and implement robust data pipelines using **PySpark** and **Python**. - Use AI to augment and optimize data pipelines for faster, more efficient processing. **Here is what you’ll need** - **8+ years** of experience with **DevOps practices** (or related field). - Experience with: - **Palantir Foundry** - **Ontology / Data Ontology** - Building and integrating **ETL pipelines** - **PySpark** and **Python** - **Logging and monitoring** solutions - **Data governance** best practices - Leveraging **AI** to augment data pipelines - **Validation** of data products **Bonus points if you have** - Bachelor’s Degree - Experience connecting ETL conditioners to Palantir tooling - Experience increasing observability and accelerating data conditioning - Experience ensuring end-to-end insight into data transformation processes - Familiarity with integrating validated products into analytics tools for data exploitation **Security clearance** - **Active TS/SCI with Poly** security clearance is required. **Pay range (where applicable)** - **$130,200 – $265,300 USD** *Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
