## Intrinsic — Full Stack Software Engineer (Factory Orchestration) Intrinsic is an AI robotics group at Google aiming to reimagine the potential of industrial robotics. Their mission is to make industrial robotics intelligent, accessible, and usable for millions more businesses, entrepreneurs, and developers. ### Role The Intrinsic Factory Experience is an integrated human interface to define, manage, and monitor highly orchestrated factory operations. You’ll build end-to-end web interfaces for factory orchestration tasks—owning both the HMI and the performance/functionality across client-side rendering, server-side databases, and backend API integrations. You’ll also play a key role in developing frontend libraries and components to ensure a cohesive, user-friendly experience. ### How your work moves the mission forward - Develop intuitive, innovative interfaces in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering. - Own the full stack of the Intrinsic Factory Experience web application, from database design to user interactions. - Build and maintain backend logic and infrastructure of the frontend (server-side functionality and client-side state management). - Monitor and improve health (performance, robustness) of the Factory Experience. ### Skills you will need to be successful - 3+ years of frontend web engineering, including TypeScript/JavaScript. - Extensive full-stack experience, including server-side development (Rust, Go, Python, etc.). - Experience building visually-rich web applications with deep user interactions. - Familiarity with databases, user access control, and authentication/authorization. - Ability to work with Rust (including Rust compiled to WebAssembly for front ends). ### Skills that will differentiate your candidacy - Experience integrating with ERP systems, MES, and/or WMS. - Ability to design scalable web applications. - Understanding of interface cohesion across bandwidths, screen sizes, and client hardware. - Experience building dashboards for different user personas. - Experience creating and maintaining accessible, high-quality reusable frontend components. ### Compensation Base salary: **$147,200 – $200,900 (USD)** + **15% bonus** + **equity** + **benefits**.
